  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes package tracking
• Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind every automatic knife, butterfly knife, and outdoor tool we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied, our hassle-free return process ensures a smooth resolution.

Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order if:

• Item is unused and in original condition
• Original packaging is intact (including all protective sleeves)
• You include a copy of your purchase receipt or order number

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and legal compliance, we cannot accept returns for:

• Used knives (hygiene and safety reasons)
• Custom or personalized knife orders
• Opened butterfly training knives (considered safety equipment)
• Clearance or final sale items (marked as such at purchase)

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refund method depends on your original payment:

Exchanges

For exchanges:

• Equal value exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return

Damaged or Defective Items
