Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order if:
- Item is unused and in original condition
- Original packaging is intact (including all protective sleeves)
- You include a copy of your purchase receipt or order number
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and legal compliance, we cannot accept returns for:
- Used knives (hygiene and safety reasons)
- Custom or personalized knife orders
- Opened butterfly training knives (considered safety equipment)

Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refund method depends on your original payment:

Exchanges
For exchanges:
- Equal value exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return

Damaged or Defective Items
