Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact (including all protective knife sleeves)
  • A copy of your purchase receipt or order number must be included

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and legal compliance, the following cannot be returned:

  • Any used knives (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Custom or personalized knife orders
  • Opened butterfly training knives (considered safety equipment)
  • Clearance or final sale items (marked as such at purchase)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to process your return:

Step 1: Contact Our Support Team

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (if return is due to our error)

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) using the original packaging. Include all protective materials and accessories. Affix the return label and ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received, we’ll inspect your return within 3-5 business days and notify you via email about the approval status.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days depending on your bank
  • PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For exchanges of equal value:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • For exchanges of higher value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
  • Popular exchange items include different models from our Boker Kalashnikov or Bear OPS butterfly knife collections

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective knife (rare with our quality control):

  1. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  2. We’ll arrange for expedited replacement
  3. Return shipping will be prepaid

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
